My partner apologises quickly but repeats the same pattern

My partner says sorry very fast after arguments, which looks mature from outside. But the same behaviour repeats: dismissive tone, withdrawal, then a quick apology. I feel confused because I do not want to reject an apology.\n\nHow do I talk about changed behaviour without sounding like I am refusing to move on?
