My ex wants closure calls every few days

After the breakup, my ex keeps asking for closure calls. Each call becomes emotional and confusing. I feel guilty refusing because they say they are struggling. But I am also not healing.\n\nHow many closure conversations are reasonable before it becomes another attachment loop?
