Household work still feels like my responsibility after marriage

Both of us work full-time, but the mental list of groceries, meals, laundry, maid coordination, and family hosting mostly stays with me. My spouse helps when asked, but I do not want to become the manager of the house.\n\nHow do we divide responsibility, not just tasks?
